My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support for children, young adults, and their families. My approach is warm and collaborative—blending humor with compassion—and I welcome you to bring your whole self to this work.

Therapy And Assessment Services

  • This service is designed for young people and adults experiencing diagnosed or suspected anxiety (including OCD and Separation Anxiety, etc.), ADHD, autism, and the stress of major life transitions. We begin with a thorough intake evaluation to inform a highly effective and personalized treatment plan. Together, we will work collaboratively to reduce symptoms and build skills for lasting well-being. To learn more about therapy services, visit Anchored Counseling.

    • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP): The gold-standard treatment for OCD.

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Thoughtfully adapted to be affirming and effective for neurodivergent clients.

    • Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE): A parent-based model to help children and teens manage anxiety.

  • Parenting is rewarding, but it can be incredibly challenging when your child (ages 5-21+) is navigating anxiety or autism. These challenges are not personal failures. In our sessions, I provide a judgment-free space where you can gain practical, research-based tools to guide your child effectively. Using powerful, evidence-based models like Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), we work to help you feel more confident, supported, and equipped for your journey.

  • My testing clinic operates in person one weekend a month at Resilient Minds Collective in Alpharetta, Georgia. Our team offers comprehensive, gold-standard assessments for school-age children aged 6+, teens, and adult college students with suspected autism spectrum disorder, executive functioning issues, and learning differences. Our evaluations provide a thorough understanding of your child’s cognitive, adaptive, academic, and social functioning profile. You will receive a detailed report with clear, actionable recommendations, along with a formal letter to help you access the necessary services in the community and at the school (e.g., 504 Plan, Special Education Services).

    • Key Benefit: To minimize disruption to your family's routine, all assessment clinics are held on weekends.

  • You've mastered the art of high achievement, but it often comes at the cost of navigating constant internal overwhelm and burnout. My approach adapts traditional CBT to honor your neurodivergent mind, working with your unique strengths in processing and problem-solving, not against them. The goal is to build practical, sustainable strategies that help you move from simply surviving to truly enjoying your success.
