INSURANCE
I do not currently accept insurance. This allows me the most flexibility in providing high-quality, culturally competent care. If you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, I can provide you with a “superbill” (a detailed receipt of services) at the end of each service. You can submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your specific coverage, providing the codes below.
